Kelly C. Gill
Kelly Gill specializes in estate planning and trust and estate administration. Kelly frequently serves as a Trustee and has extensive experience drafting wills, trusts and other sophisticated estate planning documents. Attorney Gill focuses on counseling families, individuals, professionals and owners of closely held businesses to plan their estates to minimize gift and estate taxes.
Kelly works closely with clients and their financial advisors to develop an individualized estate plan that meets the needs of the client and the anticipated needs of their family.
Ms. Gill received her law degree (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2001, and a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in both Psychology and Political Science, magna cum laude, at Wellesley College in 1995.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Gill worked as a corporate and tax associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, and as a partner at the Friedler Law Group and Belcher Fitzgerald LLP specializing in estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Kelly resides in Westwood, Massachusetts with her husband and three children.
She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Alison Lindsay Ross – Of Counsel
Attorney Ross serves as Of Counsel to the Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, P.C., where her practice focuses on trusts and estates, estate planning, probate administration and family mediation. She brings to the firm a unique blend of big-law training, in-house corporate experience, and entrepreneurial leadership.
Alison began her legal career in the litigation department of a large New York law firm before joining a global management consulting company in London and Paris as legal counsel for the EMEA region. After more than a decade abroad, she co-founded and served as COO of a successful e-commerce startup in Paris, building operations and brand strategy across Europe.
Returning to Boston in 2024, Alison redirected her focus to families and their legal needs. She is a trained mediator with a focus on family law, volunteering with the Community Dispute Settlement Center in Cambridge and the Center for Resolution and Growth in Western Massachusetts.
Alison lives in Brookline with her husband and their three children.
She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.

Donna F. Scholl
Donna is a paralegal and the office manager for the Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, P.C. Donna has over 20 years of legal experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning and estate administration. Prior to joining The Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, P.C., Donna worked as a paralegal providing all aspects of support for the principals at Shocket Law Office, LLC and Stone and Stone, P.C.

Bridget Scott
Bridget Scott is a paralegal and legal assistant for The Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, P.C. Bridget is primarily responsible for preparing and filing probate documents and estate tax returns. She also assists with drafting estate planning documents and preparing documents for signing.
Prior to joining The Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, Bridget worked for over 20 years as a paralegal and legal assistant for Ziegler Legal Services and at a litigation firm in Boston. She graduated from Suffolk University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies.

Victoria (Tori) Fischer
Tori Fischer is a legal assistant for the Law Office of Kelly C. Gill, P.C., where she supports a range of legal and client service activities. As a recent graduate of Colby College, Tori earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with minors in Anthropology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is particularly interested in the intersection of law, public policy, and social impact, and is committed to supporting work that advances meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
